General Delivery Conditions

Delivery is carried out only after payment confirmation. The delivery time starts from the day you receive the payment confirmation via email.

Orders are not processed during weekends. If an order is placed after 3 p.m. on Friday, processing will begin the following Monday.

Delivery date depends on your location, the supplier, and payment speed. The usual delivery period is up to 18 business days (Monday to Friday).

Our online pharmacy is not responsible for delays caused by major events (e.g., extended processing, postal strikes, returned goods, lack of notification in case of failed delivery, etc.).

Important: Please verify that your email address is correct to continuously receive updates on your order status (confirmation, payment, shipping). An incorrect email address not promptly corrected may lead to unauthorized access to your information by third parties.

If billing or address information is incomplete, shipment may be delayed until clarification.

Please ensure the billing and shipping addresses are correct when ordering. In case of an incorrect address after shipment, the customer must cooperate with our team to resolve the issue.

If there are questions regarding order processing, delivery may be delayed until resolved.

We deliver to most countries. If your location is not listed, please contact us.

Products are shipped in a white, padded, and discreet envelope.

Deliveries are made only from EU countries, reducing customs issues. However, a package may be held by customs. Note that we are not a local company and are not responsible for customs regulations of the destination country.


Shipping to Packstations or PO Boxes

For delivery to Packstations or PO Boxes, please select the REGULAR shipping method. This is necessary because registered shipping to these addresses is not technically possible.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please provide an exact delivery address in the order form. We recommend carefully checking your information before confirming the order. Any mistakes may prevent delivery. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly to inform our service.
