Refund Policy - Refund Guarantee

In accordance with medical regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications.

However, if your order is damaged or does not arrive, a replacement will be sent at our expense. If after two replacements you remain dissatisfied, a refund may be issued.

Please allow between 4 and 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from payment to delivery. If your package has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact us immediately by email or phone.
