Question :
How can I place an order?

Answer :
When you select a medication, click on "BUY NOW" for example. The medication will be added to your cart. In the cart, click on "Complete Purchase." You will be directed to a secure SSL-encrypted registration area. Enter your email, personal details, and payment method, and if applicable, complete the medical form with information about your health condition. On the confirmation page, review your details and select the delivery method. One step remains to finalize your order. Click "Complete Order" to finalize the purchase.

Question :
What happens after ordering?

Answer :
After submitting your request, a licensed doctor will review it and determine if the prescription is valid. If approved, the doctor will send the prescription directly to Edpilula. The prescription includes usage instructions, dosage, and warnings. You will receive medication details for any questions. You can access "Order Status" to monitor your medication’s status in real time. When the order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email and can track the delivery with the carrier.

Question :
What payment methods are available?

Answer :
You can pay via bank transfer, Visa, MasterCard, or Amex. Dispatch occurs after payment verification. For card payments, shipping can occur on the same day.

Question :
What are the delivery fees and conditions?

Answer :
When ordering from us, all delivery and online prescription fees are included in the price. After confirmation, your order will be sent within 48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location, supplier, and payment speed. We aim to deliver within 5 to 17 working days directly to your home. Handling is free via airmail or UPS. You will receive a confirmation email when the medication ships.

We do not process orders over weekends. Orders received after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed on Monday and then forwarded to the pharmacy.

Question :
What is the time limit to cancel or delete an order?

Answer :
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed by our service. Cancellation is not possible after shipment. Before shipping, cancellation can be done by sending an email with "Please cancel" in the subject line.

Question :
What are the security and privacy policies?

Answer :
We strictly protect your personal data. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for our online form. Personal information and bank card details are transmitted securely. We also have a system to detect fraudulent card use, which promptly predicts any misuse.

Question :
What are the guidelines for receiving emails from Edpilula?

Answer :
Many customers have recently reported receiving invalid email addresses. Often, spam filters block these messages. Confirmation and support emails are sent but may not be delivered. You can use an alternative address or disable the filter. For free providers (like Google or GMX), it is recommended to create a trusted account.

This option is especially advised if you have already placed an order with us: remove blocking for our address in your spam filter to receive messages from us.

Question :
How does online consultation work?

Answer :
Online consultation is a new healthcare method using the internet to provide easy access to doctors. Patients do not need to travel; they simply complete a health questionnaire. Communication with the doctor occurs via a secure online tool. While it is not equivalent to a full physical examination, it enables monitoring and treatment without an in-person visit. No additional fee is charged for online consultation.

Question :
Is it legal to sell prescription-approved medications online?

Answer :
Edpilula works only with licensed doctors and pharmacists and complies with current regulations. All medications come from official pharmaceutical distributors, ensuring you receive the same product sold in pharmacies.

Question :
Which medications are available by prescription?

Answer :
We offer only medications that can be provided with a prescription after online consultation. Our selection is limited. We do not supply narcotics or controlled substances. These medications do not require a physical exam but do require proper assessment of your current medical record.

Question :
What is the difference between branded and generic medication?

Answer :
The main differences are the name and price. Generic manufacturers are not required to perform all original clinical trials, which reduces production costs and allows for lower prices, benefiting the patient.

Question :
Why are generic medicines cheaper than branded ones?

Answer :
Generic medicines are cheaper because patents are maintained. Most patents last about 17 years, preventing other manufacturers from producing the same product. Once the patent expires, other companies can sell generic medicines without development costs, resulting in prices 50% to 80% lower than the original.

Question :
Can I return my medication for credit?

Answer :
No, the law prohibits the return of any medications delivered with an order. In cases of defect or non-delivery, redistribution or reimbursement is possible.

Question :
What quality standards apply to generic medicines?

Answer :
Generic medicines are considered bioequivalent or therapeutically equal to branded drugs. The amount and absorption rate of the active ingredient must be the same. Differences in color or shape may exist but do not affect efficacy. These differences are commercial and patent-related.

Question :
Why do generic and branded medicines look different despite having the same ingredients?

Answer :

Generic medicines are not allowed to look identical to branded medicines in appearance. However, the active ingredients must match. Taste, color, and inactive ingredients may differ.

Question :
What are the manufacturing standards for generic medicines?

Answer :
Authorities strictly regulate manufacturing standards for all medicines, both generic and branded. There is no difference in manufacturing requirements. Many companies produce both types of medication.
