In accordance with medical regulations, we cannot accept returns of prescription medications.

However, if your order is damaged or does not arrive, a replacement will be sent at our expense. If after two replacements you remain unsatisfied, a refund may be issued.

Please allow 4 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) between payment and delivery. If your package does not arrive within 14 business days, please contact us immediately by email or phone.
